Murphy & Landon makes client experience a priority. Each week, all employees make it a priority to attend a virtual meeting, where we discuss all matters relating to customer experience. Our discussions cover a wide range of topics focused on how to collectively and individually improve the firm.
More recently, Murphy & Landon implemented a new electronic records system, new technology and, like many businesses, an expansion of our remote technology so we can continue to diligently move our client cases forward toward a timely resolution. The court system has been adversely impacted by the pandemic, leading to delays in hearings and trials, but throughout the last several months, we worked together to reduce the impact of that sudden change on the stress level of our clients. We continued to work for our clients by attending many hearings, depositions, and client meetings virtually.
As the courts begin to open more widely for hearings and trials, we are prepared to accommodate new courthouse protocols. Even if that change doesn’t happen as quickly as we may all like, Murphy & Landon is continuing to meet, discuss, and brainstorm new ideas to stay flexible and improve service to our clients.
