We, as a firm, thoroughly enjoy celebrating; especially when it is someone’s birthday. During COVID and the necessary restrictions and all of the challenges of remote working and limited number of people able to come into the office, this really hasn’t been a good option in the last 15-months.
In June we were able to begin celebrating again!
Our fully vaccinated staff gathered to celebrate one of our partners, Phil Edwards, birthday. We love cake; he loves ice cream. I was able to combine the two for a unique homemade cake for just for Phil.
Pictured is a ‘Strawberry Shortcake ‘novelty cake. It is white cake with strawberries and cream ice cream and topped with strawberry Swiss meringue buttercream, with cake and dried strawberry crumbles.
Melting ice cream wasn’t the only reason this cake went fast.
