New Castle, DE (December 4, 2022) – Several agencies in New Castle County were called to the scene of a pedestrian accident on Saturday, December 3rd. The incident happened just after 9:00 p.m. on Centerville Road near the area of Boxwood Road.
According to a police report, a female pedestrian was walking on Centerville Road when she was hit by a vehicle. The woman sustained critical injuries. New Castle County Paramedics and the Elsmere Fire Company treated the injured woman at the scene. She was then rushed to Christiana Hospital, where she was listed in critical condition.
