Magnolia, DE (January 4, 2023) – Police in Magnolia were called to the scene of a car accident on Monday, January 2nd. The accident was reported on Bay Road just north of Bowers Beach Road.
According to the Delaware State Police, the accident involved at least two cars. One of the vehicles rolled over following the crash. An occupant of that vehicle was trapped inside following the crash. Paramedics responded to the scene and rescued the trapped motorist. A helicopter transported the patient to Christiana Hospital with undisclosed injuries. There is no information on what caused the accident to occur. It is unclear if any charges will be filed. Those involved in the collision have not been identified.
