New Castle, DE (April 7, 2023) – The New Castle Police Department and fire crews responded to the scene of a traffic crash on Thursday, April 6th. The accident took place just before 7:00 a.m. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 295 near the intersection with New Castle Avenue.
