Injury Accidents in Delaware
Delaware’s roadways can be dangerous places for motorists. According to statistics from the Delaware Department of Transportation, there were more than 8,000 injuries reported in crashes that took place in our state last year. While this number may seem high, it reflects some of the risks faced by drivers and passengers in our state. Most crashes happen because of negligent driving. These accidents could have been prevented if the negligent driver had simply used a basic level of care and caution.
If you find yourself injured in a Delaware car accident, you should seek legal advice as soon as possible. Having an attorney by your side means that you are likely to avoid many of the mistakes that are commonly made by crash victims. Before you speak to the insurance company or any other third parties, it is important to have legal representation.
