Car Accidents in Delaware
Car accidents take place in Delaware on a daily basis. Last year, more than 8,000 people sustained injuries in collisions that were reported in our state. Many of these victims suffered injuries in accidents that were not their fault. The cause of most crashes in Delaware can be attributed to negligent drivers, including speeding, reckless driving, impairment, and distraction. The cause of every crash will be carefully investigated in order to determine the cause and who should be held responsible.
If you or a family member were involved in a collision, you should have a full understanding of your legal rights. This includes the right to potentially receive compensation in the aftermath of the collision. The damages and injuries caused by a crash can be devastating and can affect every aspect of your life.
