Delaware Traffic Accidents
A Delaware car accident can certainly be a difficult and burdensome event for both the crash victim and their families. While about 30,000 car accidents take place each year across our state, about 8,000 of these accidents will also cause one or more injuries to those involved in the collision.
Fortunately, under Delaware law, car accident victims are entitled to compensation for their injuries. In cases where the other driver was at least partially negligent in causing the accident, then the person who was injured can seek recovery for lost wages, pain and suffering, medical and prescription experiences, and potentially more. It is important to speak with a skilled attorney as soon as possible in order to ensure that you fully understand your legal rights. You will want to maximize the compensation that you receive.
