New Castle, DE (May 6, 2024) – Two boys suffered injuries in a pedestrian crash that took place in New Castle on Monday afternoon, May 6th. The crash happened just after 4:00 p.m. at the intersection of Faulkland Road and Centerville Road.
According to a report from the scene, the two boys were walking home from school when they were hit by a red Hyundai. One of the boys was thrown from the street and came to rest in a nearby yard. One victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment of multi-system traumatic injuries while a second was evaluated and then transported with minor injuries.
