Dover, DE (September 24, 2022) – The Kent County Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of crash with injuries on Saturday, September 24th. The accident took place around 6:40 p.m. at the intersection of Main Street and Commerce Street.
According to troopers, multiple vehicles were involved in the early morning collision. Emergency vehicles were present at the scene just after the accident took place. At least one person was treated for undisclosed injuries following the crash. At this time, police have not released any details on the cause of the collision. Traffic was backed up at the scene due to road closures. Motorists were advised to avoid the area and to find alternate routes of travel if possible.
