Police say that a 59-year-old man was driving a car on Elkton Road when he was involved in a crash with a pickup truck. The man, who was not identified, suffered serious injuries. He was taken to Christiana Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. A second person was also injured and was transported to the hospital in stable condition. There is no word on the extent of the injuries sustained. Police have not released any information on the cause of the crash. The road was partially blocked, and motorists were asked to avoid the scene while an investigation was conducted.
