Pedestrian Accidents in Delaware
Pedestrian crashes are among the most serious types of accidents that occur on Delaware’s roadways. According to the latest statistics, about 80% of all pedestrian accidents will result in injuries to one or more victims. Pedestrians are very vulnerable and have no protection from the force and impact of a crash. To make matters worse, pedestrian accidents are frequently caused by negligent drivers and happen very suddenly, leaving victims little time to react or take evasive measures.
