Dover, DE (December 25, 2023) – Police in Dover responded to the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident on Friday, December 22nd. The incident was reported just after 11:00 p.m.
According to officials, 21-year-old Thalia Perez was driving a vehicle at the Liberty Court apartments when she struck a 22-year-old female pedestrian from Dover. Officers provided first aid at the scene and the pedestrian was rushed to Bayhealth Kent where she later succumbed to her injuries. Her identity is being withheld pending family notification.
